a Physical BSC With 5 to 12 People

  20. Physical consolidations require fewer CUFS and HRS users, therefore fewer computers, and fewer central training and support resources.

  21. Removes stress of individual users caused by fragmentation of job duties, and lack of communication, knowledge and peer support.
